RAN Engineer

Job Description (RAN)

• An electrical, electronic, or telecom engineer with two to three years of relevant expertise with telecom vendor equipment experience
• Understand Telecom vendor Cloud CME and other telecom vendor tools for Scripts and Integrations, as well as hands-on experience with telecom equipment
• Know about the BTS 3900, BTS 5900, and other telecom vendor products. BTS-level tasks include expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap fundamentals.
• Basic hold of vendor BSC and RNC product expertise, such as upgrades, reparenting, commissioning, and cutover.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to effectively instruct subcon teams for help.
• Have great follow-up on issues and effective reporting abilities.
• Be flexible in shifts and adjust to project requirements.
• Experience with telecom vendor equipment and multiple vendors is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's and above (Major in Electrical & Electronic, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Communications and Networking, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years & of relevant experience in Telecommunication for Wireless Integration
