We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and high-quality production output in line with organizational targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.
Implement and adapt to new systems and technologies for continuous improvement.
Operate and manage 24/7 production activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for process optimization.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare production reports and maintain documentation as required.

Qualifications and Experience
B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
8-10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in Cement, Fertilizer, or Paper and Board sectors.
Proven expertise in managing continuous production environments (24/7 operations).
