Job Description 

  • Plan and create strategic, brand-aligned content across email, social media, product pages, and video platforms.
  • Lead and mentor junior content team members, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
  • Write scripts for videos and repurpose content from podcasts, webinars, and interviews.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to a unified content calendar.
  • Review and edit marketing content for clarity, grammar, and brand alignment.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners for content production and approvals.
  • Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to boost engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and conduct competitive content benchmarking.
  • Lead high-impact content projects, including campaigns, launches, and executive communications.

Qualification & Skills:

  • BBA/ MBA
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant Experience
  • Content creator (Copywriting, Marketing, Promotional)
  • Vendor/agency coordination
  • Social media management (keyword research)
  • Scriptwriting & Video Editing
