Job Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide people strategy, ensuring alignment with company Group's long-term vision, business needs, and cultural aspirations.
- Architect the design and implementation of HR frameworks, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Drive organisational design and workforce planning in collaboration with business heads to support scale, agility, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the development and enforcement of HR policies, compensation structures, employee relations, and regulatory compliance across all business units.
- Lead initiatives in organisational culture, employee experience, and engagement, ensuring the group attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent.
- Implement digital HR solutions (HRIS, LMS, e-performance tools) to drive analytics, transparency, and data-based people decisions.
- Represent Group at all forums and external networks to strengthen employer branding and external talent pipelines.
- Serve as the executive sponsor of the DEI agenda, workplace ethics, and inclusion-based hiring and development practices.
- Lead change management, communication, and people-side integration during mergers, restructurings, or new business expansions.
- Facilitate board-level presentations on organisational health, leadership pipeline, attrition trends, and strategic HR performance metrics.
Educational Qualification & Essential Experience :
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR).
- SHRM-SCP/CIPD/SPHR Required.
- 15 to 20 years of progressive leadership experience. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role at a group or conglomerate level.
