Job Description:
- Build and manage the company's HR community forums and professional groups.
- Coordinate with HR Forums for collaborations and event participation.
- Ensure smooth execution of community-building campaigns and monthly HR meetups.
- Assist the team in increasing the company's visibility across HR platforms and industry events.
- Track upcoming HR events/forums for potential sponsorships and lead generation opportunities.
- Support the marketing team with community-driven content ideas.
- Manage event setup vendors for internal and external events.
- Handle photography and videography vendors for complete event coverage.
- Create event posts for LinkedIn and Instagram with engaging captions.
- Upload event highlights and write captions on LinkedIn
- Identify seasonal client/prospect giveaways to strengthen relationships.
- Arrange, deliver, and track seasonal giveaways in coordination with sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to finalize giveaway recipient lists.
Education & Experience:
- BBA/ MBA
- 2 To 3 years of experience required
