About the job Admin Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating between departments and managing schedules.
- Oversee procurement manage resources, and maintain facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with onboarding, training and providing administrative support to staff.
- Help monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Act as a point of contact between management and staff facilitating effective communication.
- Inventory and finance management.
Job Specification:
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, safety standards.
- Bachelors in relevant field. LLB along with Bachelors is preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in a facility based setting at a managerial position.
- 30-38 years age limit.
