Job Description:
Knowledge, skills, abilities, and Other required:
- ·Understanding of a Telemarketing model.
- A reasonable understanding of an IT company/Value Added Reseller business model
- Above to reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and service offerings and address any questions or issues customers may have · Direct / Forward prospects and leads to the sales team and keep a record and track
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Track and document calls and sales
- Be able to achieve assigned quotas (both financial and non-financial) · Outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software. Also Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits · Patient and friendly personality. A Team player
- Good time-management skills · Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) will be a benefit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to deal with different personalities ·
- Be able to work as a team member with Sales and with non-selling functions of the company like Engineering, CS, PMO, Finance, HR, and other Backoffice
- Conduct sales promotion and marketing activities as assigned by the LM · Weekly reporting to the LM (includes CRM)
- Keep up to date on competitive solutions, products, and services and provide regular feedback on market dynamics
- Identify business opportunities in the market and build solid and long-term customers relationship
- Existing relationships with enterprise customers and leading Networking and Security vendors are a Plus.
