Job Description:

Knowledge, skills, abilities, and Other required: 

  • ·Understanding of a Telemarketing model.
  • A reasonable understanding of an IT company/Value Added Reseller business model 
  • Above to reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and service offerings and address any questions or issues customers may have · Direct / Forward prospects and leads to the sales team and keep a record and track 
  • Keep an updated customer database. 
  • Track and document calls and sales 
  • Be able to achieve assigned quotas (both financial and non-financial) · Outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach. 
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software. Also Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. 
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits · Patient and friendly personality. A Team player 
  • Good time-management skills · Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Professional certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) will be a benefit. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Pleasant and customer-oriented individual. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to deal with different personalities · 
  • Be able to work as a team member with Sales and with non-selling functions of the company like Engineering, CS, PMO, Finance, HR, and other Backoffice
  • Conduct sales promotion and marketing activities as assigned by the LM · Weekly reporting to the LM (includes CRM) 
  • Keep up to date on competitive solutions, products, and services and provide regular feedback on market dynamics 
  • Identify business opportunities in the market and build solid and long-term customers relationship 
  • Existing relationships with enterprise customers and leading Networking and Security vendors are a Plus.
