Job Responsibilities:
- Creating interesting and engaging training content for group's trainings.
- Developing voice over scripts .
- Training manual prints out and filling.
- Collaboration with the T&D Team.
- Proficiency and attention to detail.
- Conducts training needs analysis using surveys, interviews & focus groups to assess performance gaps.
- Prepares monthly learning calendar based on inputs from business unit heads to ensure that learning outcomes are driven as per business objectives.
- Prepare Employee Training data.
- Prepare Employee Training attendance data.
- Review and design Training Programs Manuals & Library Management.
- Maintain & update training programs Manuals as per laid standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Relevant Majors in HRM, Marketing, etc.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in (consultancy/education/corporate)
- Skill-based experience of working in relevant field.
