Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving production targets efficiently and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and high-quality production output in line with organizational targets.

• Lead, guide, and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.

• Implement and adapt to new systems and technologies for continuous improvement.

• Operate and manage 24/7 production activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for process optimization.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare production reports and maintain documentation as required.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Technically sound with good knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Honest, loyal, and committed to achieving operational excellence.

8-10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in Cement, Fertilizer, or Paper and Board sectors.

Proven expertise in managing continuous production environments (24/7 operations).
