About the job DEPUTY MANAGER HR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff members and other departments on HR-related matters CEO
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and address organizational needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must have 6 + years in the relevant experience
