Job Description:

  • Budgeting, Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
  • Recruitment & Training and plan tests/interviews Visit respective UCs to conduct tests/interviews of shortlisted candidates.
  • Execution of training plan, communication of the induction training plan to candidates, Admin & Logistics Officer to book venues. Facilitate administrative day sessions on SOPs during induction training.
  • Branch Management / Representation
  • Compile disciplinary action sheet of the concerned area/district for onward sharing with Segment Head / Unit Head Sales and Services to seek approval from UNICEF.
  • Regularly update Unit Head Sales & Services on status of disciplinary actions for onward intimation

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BBA/MBA or Equivalent
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience
