SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Ensure adherence to financial regulations; oversee audits and implement necessary compliance measures.

Real estate development and REIT experience required

Tax regulations and requirements related to Real estate builders and REIT structure required

Mentor and lead finance teams; provide training and support for skill enhancement.

Identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements for operational efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals and support cross-functional projects.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Preferred / Masters (Finance)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5-8 years. 

Experience in construction (real estate builders) and REIT structure required
