Job Responsibilities:

  • Exploring and developing new business opportunities in the overseas market
  • Research and explore the potential global markets for Textile Products and prepare a timely report on the geographical location basis
  • Study and monitor the current global market for Home Textile Products and prepare reports on a product and region basis and identify the untapped potential market
  • Analyze the global market trends for Textile Products, take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with the global market trend
  • Generate lead and export sales
  • Identify, communicate, and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationships with them
  • To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management
  • Prepare quotation and pricing for overseas buyers
  • Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
  • Evaluating and selecting freight forwarders
  • Take care of export documentation, liaison with various government and nongovernment departments like excise, export promotion bureau, shipping company, etc.
  • Arranges shipping details such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, and routing of product
  • Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
  • Generate all required export documentation; i.e. airway bills, bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit when needed
  • Coordinate export shipments from origin until the final destination
  • Execute the complete export cycle.

Job Requirements

Education:

MBA (Marketing) BSC (Textile)

Experience:

Experience +5 years mainly in the export sales function

Must-Have:

  • Fluent in the English language
  • Ability to open markets for export
  • Must have strong freight forwarding experience.
  • Clear understanding and working knowledge of export processes
