Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in full-stack development, encompassing both back-end and front-end.
- Utilize Apex, LWCs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop robust solutions.
- Focus on code-based automation, integrations, UI design, security, and testing.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, readability, extensibility, and maintainability.
- Operate independently, taking initiative without the need for handholding.
- Balance the use of code with out-of-the-box (OOTB) tools and weigh different approaches' pros and cons.
- Proactively engage with challenges, contributing innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficient in Apex, LWCs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and experience with Git.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience with Java or C# is preferred.
- Experience in package development and technical design.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI and Salesforce-specific dev ops processes.
- Experience supporting organizations with large, complex Salesforce implementations.
- Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience using GitHub.
- Good visual design taste.
- Experience with technical design and Salesforce CLI.
- Previous experience in organizations with a large user-base and complex Salesforce implementations.
