Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to optimize yield and boost profitability.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, nurturing professional growth and high performance.
- Drive cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives for enhanced visibility and revenue.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Plan and oversee marketing, advertising, and sales programs aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualification & Experience:
- Education: BBA/MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years in sales within the service industry.
- Proven B2B Sales expertise, particularly in HR, Banking, Software, or Insurance sectors.
- Preferred Background: Fintech industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a strategic outlook.
