Job responsibilities

  • Digitalization of the employee personnel files (scanning and mapping to People-i employee profiles)
  • Maintenance of loose documents, personal files maintenance.
  • Handling of day to day operations of HR services including Onboarding of employee, their documentation management.

Requirements:

  • Education: BBA/Masters in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience: Fresh to 06 months

Skills required:

  • Profound computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, and within a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
