Job responsibilities
- Digitalization of the employee personnel files (scanning and mapping to People-i employee profiles)
- Maintenance of loose documents, personal files maintenance.
- Handling of day to day operations of HR services including Onboarding of employee, their documentation management.
Requirements:
- Education: BBA/Masters in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: Fresh to 06 months
Skills required:
- Profound computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects, and work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently, and within a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
