Job Responsisbilites:

  • Promote and sell the companys Food & Nutra raw materials to targeted manufacturers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor weaknesses to create effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Process purchase orders, coordinate with Supply Chain & Commercial teams, and provide shipment updates.
  • Prepare sales reports, CRM updates, and market analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with food and nutraceutical regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in Food & Nutra ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of functional ingredients and emerging market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, FDA).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Existing client network in the Food & Nutra industry is a plus.
  • Preferrably Male.
