About the job HR Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented  HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support HR initiatives related to performance reviews, learning & development, and policy compliance.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by gathering attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 01 years of experience in an HR role, internship experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
