Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new international clients for bookkeeping, recruitment, and marketing services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and emerging trends in the international market.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Business Administration (BBA, MBA)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in international markets or BPO industries.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value international clients.
  • Experience in international client acquisition
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales software
  • Strong understanding of global business processes
  • Ability to design and execute sales strategies
  • Sales planning and strategy implementation
  • Analytical skills and reporting expertise
  • Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Handling escalations effectively
  • Market research and competitor analysis skills
