Job Description:
- Identify and acquire new international clients for bookkeeping, recruitment, and marketing services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and emerging trends in the international market.
Qualification & Experience:
- Business Administration (BBA, MBA)
- 5+ years of professional experience in business development.
- At least 3 years of experience in international markets or BPO industries.
- Proven track record of securing high-value international clients.
- Experience in international client acquisition
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales software
- Strong understanding of global business processes
- Ability to design and execute sales strategies
- Sales planning and strategy implementation
- Analytical skills and reporting expertise
- Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Handling escalations effectively
- Market research and competitor analysis skills
