Technical Project Manager

People Tech is hiring for a Technical Project Manager with 12-15+ years of experience in software houses. At least 8+ years of development experience in advanced technologies.
5+ years of effective project management experience.
At least 4+ years of experience in Node

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones

- Accurately understand requirements and desired outcomes, then effectively communicate them to the relevant stakeholders/teams

- Effective and productive code review/audits and rectification, ensuring that only standardized code and actual functionality are promoted to production

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and Effective resource allocation strategies.

- Needs to be involved in deployment when the team faces any technical hurdles/limitations or needs to debug advanced issues

- Provide team guidance, conduct relevant resource training,

- Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize project execution

- Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization
