Digital Content Specialist

Job Overview:

People Perfect is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our Learning & Growth team. The role will be responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving engaging digital learning content that supports business and learning objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain engaging digital learning content aligned with business and learning objectives.
• Create and update e-learning modules, multimedia, videos, presentations, and digital learning assets.
• Ensure content accuracy, quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Manage digital learning content on LMS and other platforms, including uploads, updates, and version control.
• Collaborate with L&G, SMEs, IT, and business teams on digital learning projects.
• Conduct quality checks and improve content based on learner feedback and analytics.
• Explore and apply new digital learning tools and technologies to enhance learner experience.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital learning/content development.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning, multimedia, content management, and LMS platforms.
• Good communication, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of digital/AI learning tools and emerging technologies is preferred.
