Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and performance-driven HR & Admin Officer to manage HR and administrative operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in labour management, compliance, HR operations, HRMS implementation, and Performance Management Systems (PMS), including KPI development and employee performance evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Handle labor relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, overtime, and payroll data.
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and Social Security regulations.
  • Manage HRMS records, reporting, and process discipline.
  • Oversee factory administration, security, transport, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and probation reviews.
  • Develop departmental KPIs and performance scorecards.
  • Generate performance reports and workforce analytics.
Performance Management Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement KPIs and KRAs for all departments.
  • Monitor employee productivity, attendance, discipline, and efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards.
  • Conduct annual and probationary appraisals.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Support management in succession planning and talent development.
  • Ensure alignment of employee KPIs with business goals and operational targets.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR & Administration within manufacturing/industrial setup.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance handling.
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP systems and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
