Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and employer branding. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment practices.

Job Description:

    • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
    • Source and screen resumes for open positions.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
    • Support employer branding and recruitment events.
    • Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
    • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Qualification & Experience (Fresh Required):

  • Bachelors degree BBA/MBA required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
