Job Purpose:
The Recruitment Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and employer branding. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment practices.
Job Description:
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
- Source and screen resumes for open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support employer branding and recruitment events.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Qualification & Experience (Fresh Required):
- Bachelors degree BBA/MBA required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
