Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to manage and activate our Design Studio as a hub for the Architecture & Design community. The role focuses on building strong B2B relationships, hosting engaging events, and delivering expert product consultations. This position also supports brand growth through content creation, studio management, and close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Job Requirements:
- B2B Relationship Management & PR: Establish and nurture strong business relationships with the A&D community (Architects, Interior Designers), building material professionals, and developers. Connect with design institutes to foster student/faculty engagement.
- Community & Events: Bring life to the Design Studio by planning and hosting small-scale events, workshops, product introductions, and fun activities to drive engagement and footfall.
- Studio Curation & Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring the space is curated, administratively organised, and visually presentable at all times.
- Product Consultation: Acquire deep knowledge of the company's product portfolio (MDF, Particleboards) and specifications to expertly guide walk-in clients, homeowners, and professionals in selecting materials for their projects.
- Content Generation: actively generate engaging digital content from the Design Studio (videos, photos of visits/events) to build an online community and showcase the brand's culture.
- Reporting & Feedback: Track studio footfall, leads generated from networking, and provide feedback from the A&D community to the head office marketing team.

- Bachelor's in Design/Architecture
- Product Technical Knowledge (Ability to learn)
- Knowledge of materials & colour theory

- Proficiency in Social media platforms
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or Interior Design/Architecture (Design background preferred if accompanied by strong PR skills).
- 2-4 Years
- Experience in B2B Marketing, Public Relations, or Community Management. Preference given to candidates with exposure to the building materials, interior design, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven ability to organise events and network effectively. A keen eye for aesthetics and administration is required.
