PROJECT MANAGER
About the job PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and telecom power systems, including AC units and E&M infrastructure.
- Coordinate installation and upgrade projects with Head Office, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines aligned with design standards.
- Monitor project progress, generate reports, and support resolution of technical issues.
- Supervise installation, testing, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Lead preventive maintenance activities and manage rectification of major system faults.
- Contribute to strategic planning for maintenance and operations in line with regional policies
Education:.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)
Experience:
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the telecommunication and/or power industries.
- Proven leadership in operations, project management, and technical oversight.
Core Competencies:
- Project management and team leadership.
- Tendering, technical evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Telecom engineering knowledge and system integration.
