Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

People Perfect is looking for a Marketing Executive for its hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital content, social media engagement, marketing coordination, and online brand presence to enhance guest experience and strengthen the hotel's brand visibility. Candidates with hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for digital content, graphic design, web development, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media, email marketing, and digital content while ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, giveaways, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and vendor database.
• Support internal departments with marketing initiatives and special projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
