Job Overview:

A well-established financial services organization in Pakistan, providing brokerage and investment-related services with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and industry standards, is looking for an Assistant Compliance Officer to join our team and support compliance-related activities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in KYC/CDD, AML/CFT checks, and record maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, NCCPL, CDC, and internal policies.
  • Maintain compliance records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory bodies.
  • Support staff trainings and compliance awareness activities.
  • Assist in audit coordination and inspection handling.
  • Prepare regulatory correspondence and reports.

Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA / B.Com / BS Accounting & Finance / BS Business Administration / Equivalent qualification
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of MS Office and Excel
  • Strong writing and communication skills
