AC Technician

Job Overview:

People Perfect is hiring for its hotel in Lahore and is looking for a Skilled and Experienced AC Technician to join its maintenance team; the ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems along with hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest comfort.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of split AC units and HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair cooling and performance issues in AC systems
• Handle refrigerant gas checking, refilling, and leakage troubleshooting
• Identify and repair electrical wiring faults in AC units
• Repair and replace compressors of ACs and refrigerators
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Maintain fridges, chillers, and under-counter cooling units in proper working condition
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints in hotel areas

Qualification & Experience: 

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical or Electrical preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance tasks
• Physically fit and capable of field work
