Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for our Hotel Industry to drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy, and manage corporate accounts through proactive sales activities, strong client relationships, and effective inter-departmental coordination.
Job Description:
- Conduct corporate sales visits to maintain and grow business relationships.
- Make follow-up telecalls per week with existing and potential clients.
- Respond to all client emails on the same working day.
- Share corporate rates immediately after sales visits and ensure all proposals are replied to within 24 hours.
- Monitor occupancy levels and support rate optimization through market and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships and arrange meetings, events, and gatherings.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Security for room status, guest requests, billing, and maintenance follow-ups.
- Ensure guest satisfaction during corporate stays and apply suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, revenue, and occupancy reports to management.
- Perform all special assignments and projects assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
