RF Optimisation Engineer - L1

Overview:

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale mobile networks, seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimise network performance and stability.

Job Description:

• Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability.
• Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
• Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance.
• Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.
• Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• Fresh Graduates or 6 months to 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Must have good knowledge of telecom architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities.
• Having good telecom basic objects overview and understanding about the functionality of each object.
• Keen to learn new product knowledge and easy to mold in new work environment
• Proficient in network analysis and optimisation tools.
