Job Overview:
People Perfect is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee overall hotel operations in Karachi. The role is responsible for managing hotel operations, financial performance, customer service, sales & marketing, and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain service excellence, and drive profitability while complying with hospitality standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall hotel operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Support sales & marketing initiatives to increase revenue and occupancy
- Supervise HR-related functions including staffing and team management
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and audit
- Liaise with external stakeholders including regulatory authorities, landlords, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health, safety, and legal regulations
- Handle problem-solving, decision-making, and operational challenges effectively
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (minimum required)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Strong background in hotel operations, guest services, and team leadership
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue control
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations
