Sr. Security Guard

Job Overview: 

People Perfect is looking for a vigilant and experienced Senior Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, staff, and property assets within a luxury residential facility. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, conducting security patrols, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a secure environment at all times. The ideal candidate should possess strong observation skills, excellent judgment, and a professional approach to resident and guest interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras, access points, parking areas, and common facilities to identify and address security concerns.
• Manage visitor access procedures, verify identities, maintain vehicle logs, and enforce security protocols.
• Conduct routine patrols of the building, perimeter, basement, and other designated areas to detect security risks or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to fire alarms, medical emergencies, security incidents, and building-related emergencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and facility management during incidents.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation.
• Provide professional assistance and guidance to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Address parking violations, noise complaints, and minor disputes in accordance with building policies.
• Inspect emergency exits, access control systems, biometric devices, communication equipment, and other security infrastructure.
• Report malfunctioning security equipment and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Support security arrangements during VIP visits, resident events, and special community gatherings.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Matriculation or Intermediate preferred.
• Security Guard certification or formal security training will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Basic report writing and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of performing patrol and security duties.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Security Guard, Senior Security Guard, or similar role.
• Experience in luxury residential buildings, hotels, commercial facilities, or gated communities will be preferred.
• Proven experience in surveillance monitoring, access control, incident reporting, and emergency response.
• Demonstrated ability to handle security incidents professionally and maintain high service standards.
