Senior System Administrator

Job Overview: 

People Perfect is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to manage IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to user requests and technical queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage user issues on a daily basis.
• Perform hardware checks to ensure all devices are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers, Wi-Fi networks, IP cameras, Windows systems, and software applications.
• Manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with system configuration, backups, and maintenance activities.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, system configuration, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, networking, and Veeam Backup solutions.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
