Mini Bar Attendant

Job Overview: 

People Perfect is looking for an Mini Bar Attendant  who is responsible for maintaining and replenishing minibar stock in guest rooms, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing a high standard of service. The role requires attention to detail, effective stock management, and adherence to hospitality and hygiene standards to enhance the guest experience.


Job Responsibilities: 

• Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Monitor and maintain minibar inventory levels.
• Record consumed items accurately and report charges to the relevant department.
• Ensure minibar products are properly displayed and within expiry dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of minibar areas and equipment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or maintenance issues.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mini Bar Attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel minibar operations and guest service standards.
