Job Function: Scheduling and Project Controls functions in Miami
Job Description: Experience in performing scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects. As part of a project controls team, develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules; perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports; perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports; identify project changes, trends, and risks. Review and analyze contractors baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals. Prepare schedule reports for management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of scheduling/project controls experience on transportation, aviation or vertical construction projects. Salary commensurate with overall experience level.
Other requirements: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Bachelors in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required. Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) and experience with analytical tools (e.g. Schedule Analyzer Pro, Acumen) is preferred. Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
