TASK TO BE PERFORMED

  • Make sure to enter all the supplier invoices are recorded in mSupply (which are received from any sources including UNICEF, NGO local procurement, donation etc).
  • Make sure to record all distributions to Health Facilities in mSupply.
  • Keep track of all documents including Supplier Invoices (received from any sources) and Customer Invoices (distribution to health facilities).
  • Ensure the collection of monthly reports from health facilities (HFs), verify the consistency of the data, and enter all information, including consumption reports, damaged or wasted items, and stock-out days.
  • Make sure to check data quality before entering pharmaceutical data into mSupply database.
  • Make sure to collaborate with UNICEF mSupply Focal point and other team members to ensure accurate and reliable data is recorded in mSupply database.
  • Check and verify the quality of consumption reports or data submitted by HFs, communicate incomplete and unclear report to the relevant health facility to take corrective measures.
  • Ensure that the necessary backup procedures for mSupply data are in place and regular backups are taken.
  • Report errors in data and incomplete invoices before entering the mSupply databases.
  • Ensure that all hard and soft copies of reports, GRNs, and documents entered into m-Supply are properly filed and recorded.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science (fresh graduate)
  • 2 years experience in data entry.
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
