We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will focus on promoting and selling medical aesthetic devices to physicians, clinics, and medical spas. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the medical aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical spa owners.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations of medical devices, showcasing their benefits and features to potential clients.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing education and support to clients, ensuring successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, clinical, and support teams to optimize sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the aesthetic or dermatology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
