Junior Boilermaker

Our client is looking for a junior boilermaker / welder to join their workshop team. This role is ideal for a young, hands-on individual who is eager to learn and gain experience working on steel components and truck bodies. No fancy stuff — solid basic work and a good attitude.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Repair and fix steel parts on trucks
• Welding and fabrication work
• Cutting, grinding, and assembling steel components
• Assist senior boilermakers and workshop staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow basic safety and workshop procedures

Personal Attributes: 

• Junior level / entry-level experience
• Welding or boiler making knowledge (training or on-the-job experience)
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Trade school exposure or short welding course
• Experience working on trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment
• Valid drivers license
