Key Responsibilities: 

• Prospecting and sourcing new commercial property listings
• Conducting property inspections and market appraisals
• Assisting with leasing and sales mandates
• Arranging and conducting property viewings with clients
• Building relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and business owners
• Maintaining and updating property databases and CRM systems
• Preparing property marketing material and listing information
• Following up on leads and negotiations
• Assisting senior brokers with transactions and deal progression
• Networking within the commercial property sector to generate new business opportunities

Personal Attributes: 

• Previous experience in Commercial Property, Industrial Property, Retail Property, or Commercial Leasing
• Valid South African Driver's Licence
• Own reliable transport (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Basic Salary + Cellphone Allowance + Company Vehicle + Commission + Performance Incentives
