Duties Include: 

  • Owning and growing key retail accounts you're the go-to person!
  • Driving sales, hitting targets, and making sure the products fly off the shelves.
  • Ensuring the brand is looking its best in stores (and online!)
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
  • Creating killer sales strategies and executing them like a boss.
  • Keeping an eye on market trends, competitors, and whats hot right now.
  • Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to make magic happen.
  • Scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market
    share within key accounts.
  • Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing for
    impactful brand presence leading to business.
  • Analyse the results of the sales in depth to jointly develop new ways to optimize the
    performance of the accounts

Required experience:


5+ years solid sales and business development experience with a minimum of 3 years in key account
management of major retailers. Must have experience with pharma channel customers and/or modern trade channel customers. (Marketing experience may be considered).
