Our Client, a luxury retail brand is recruiting for A Visual Merchandising Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the in-store presentation reflects the brand's image and enhances the customer experience. Here are the key duties:

  • Create and implement visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's identity, marketing campaigns, and seasonal themes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotions, launches, and events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Plan, design, and execute window displays, interior displays, and signage to create an engaging and cohesive store experience.
  • Ensure displays are regularly updated to reflect new arrivals, trends, and seasonal changes.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising elements are consistent with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
  • Monitor store environments to maintain cleanliness, organization, and an appealing aesthetic.
  • Train store staff on visual merchandising principles, brand standards, and display techniques.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to store teams to maintain visual standards.
  • Use sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of displays and make data-driven decisions for future merchandising strategies.
  • Adjust visual displays to optimize product placement and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the buying, marketing, and retail teams to ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and promotions are properly supported.
  • Collaborate with store managers to execute visual merchandising plans and address any store-specific needs.
  • Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Source and procure props, display materials, and fixtures within budget constraints.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in visual merchandising, luxury retail, and interior design.
  • Adapt merchandising strategies to reflect current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and execute plans for seasonal, holiday, and thematic displays that create excitement and align with the brands messaging.
  • Coordinate the installation and dismantling of displays in line with campaign timelines.
  • Oversee inventory of display materials, fixtures, and props, ensuring they are in good condition and available when needed.
  • Plan for the timely ordering and replenishment of visual merchandising supplies.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations based on store audits and visual assessments.
