Our Client requires a Projects Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Projects Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document and Plan for Projects (New, Revamp, Closures) by coordinating between different internal
  • departments & external stakeholders (landlords, suppliers & DC)
  • Prepare and present budgets and motivate for approval
  • Ensure relevant documentation and checklists are reconciled on completion of jobs and actual costs vs budget report prepared

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12
  • Technical property or retail related experience
  • Strong MS Excel
