Were seeking a talented and creative Branch Manager to join the dynamic team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch including design, sales, project management, and administration.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team (designers, project managers, sales, and support staff).
  • Ensure the branch meets financial targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure new commercial fit-out projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Oversee multiple commercial interior projects from concept through to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design and build standards.
  • Monitor design and project delivery processes to ensure alignment with company values and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and national growth strategies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risks across projects and branch operations proactively.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Literacy: must be able to speak, read and write English.
Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Interior Design.
5 years experience as a Senior Designer.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (to be phased out).
Computer literate and competent in the Google Suite.
Advanced Slides and Sheets skills.
Preparing and analysing budgets.
Analysing, understanding and provide feedback on programmes.
