Field Sales Agent - Ballito

Our client is seeking to employ a driven, professional, and well-spoken Field Sales Agent to manage and grow sales within a defined geographic area. This is a hands-on, client-facing role involving on-site consultations, accurate measurements, quoting, and closing sales for interior solutions.

This role suits a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and taking ownership of their sales pipeline from first enquiry through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert sales leads within your allocated area
• Conduct on-site client consultations and take accurate measurements
• Prepare professional quotes and follow up to close sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
• Capture and manage sales data using company systems (e.g. Xero)
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Represent the business professionally and uphold brand standards

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience
• Experience in measurement-based sales environment
• Strong basic maths skills (measurements, calculations, quoting)
• Computer literate (experience with Xero or similar systems advantageous)
• Confident, well-spoken communicator (English essential)
• Valid drivers license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Own laptop (company systems provided)
• This role would suite an individual that comes from an environment such as:
• Flooring, interior renovations such as tiling, carpeting, carports and paving.
