General Manager - Clothing Manufacturing

Our client, a fast-growing clothing manufacturing brand, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale its operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of the business.

The General Manager will manage end-to-end operations, including financial planning and reporting, budgeting, cost control, supply chain oversight, and logistics. Working closely with senior leadership, the role will drive strategic initiatives, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.

A strong focus will be placed on team leadership, cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams, and building a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will also champion continuous improvement, innovation, and best-practice processes across the business.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in general management, finance, and operations

• Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability

• Experience within manufacturing, retail, or apparel environments preferred

• Passion for sport and an understanding of the sportswear market
