Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to fashion retail and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints – online, social media, and in-store.
- Lead digital campaigns, including social media content, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
- Analyse fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI on campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with merchandising, store operations, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance, optimising for engagement, conversion, and sales.
Who Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3 - 4 years marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation in fashion.
