Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored to fashion retail and seasonal campaigns.
    • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints – online, social media, and in-store.
    • Lead digital campaigns, including social media content, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
    • Analyse fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
    • Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI on campaigns and promotions.
    • Collaborate with merchandising, store operations, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
    • Track and report campaign performance, optimising for engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Who Were Looking For:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

    • 3 - 4 years marketing experience, preferably in fashion or retail.

    • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation in fashion.
    • Creative, trend-aware, and commercially focused.
