A leading financial-industrial group is seeking an accomplished Group Transformation and Strategy Director to spearhead the restructuring and strategic optimization of its organizational and managerial frameworks. This executive will play a pivotal role in aligning stakeholder interests, driving operational efficiency, and shaping the long-term strategic direction of the holding.

To lead transformative initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline governance, and position the holding for sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive restructuring strategy tailored to the diverse needs of the holdings stakeholders.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current organizational structure, identify inefficiencies, and design actionable improvements.
  • Introduce an advanced governance framework that enhances transparency, control, and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment among stakeholders, establishing mechanisms for effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Drive change management initiatives and maintain robust communication with Board members and other key stakeholders.
  • Optimize operational processes, reduce inefficiencies, and oversee cost management initiatives.
  • Guide the execution of strategic projects that align with the holdings growth and transformation goals.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Economics, Finance, or Management is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in large-scale holdings, financial-industrial groups, or similar complex organizations. A proven track record in leading organizational transformation and restructuring is essential.
  • Strategic Expertise: Strong ability to conceptualize and implement strategic plans, align diverse stakeholder interests, and manage large-scale changes.
  • Governance and Operational Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate governance, financial structures, and operational frameworks.
  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage uncertainty and complexity. Outstanding communication skills for effective engagement with Boards, shareholders, and senior leadership teams.
