CFO, Media and Technology Company

Looking for a CFO to lead the financial function, ensure transparency in financial processes, enhance efficiency, and support the companys strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial performance and manage risks.
• Optimize expenditures and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and enhance financial processes, including automation.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead the financial team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in senior financial roles (CFO or Deputy CFO).
• Experience in IT, media, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, planning, and financial management.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis.
