Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys operational strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Optimize core business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Lead and inspire teams by establishing effective management structures and motivational systems.
- Oversee the product portfolio, driving growth through innovative development and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with key clients, fostering strong relationships and participating in major projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics, proactively managing risks and addressing inefficiencies.
- Champion organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, or an MBA is preferred.
- Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on software development.
- Proven track record in managing business operations, particularly within B2B or B2G environments.
- Previous senior leadership roles, such as COO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent positions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
