Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize core business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Lead and inspire teams by establishing effective management structures and motivational systems.
  • Oversee the product portfolio, driving growth through innovative development and monetization strategies.
  • Collaborate with key clients, fostering strong relationships and participating in major projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics, proactively managing risks and addressing inefficiencies.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, or an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience:

    • Over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on software development.
    • Proven track record in managing business operations, particularly within B2B or B2G environments.
    • Previous senior leadership roles, such as COO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
