Investment Analyst/ Project Structured Finance

Our client is an independent consulting company specializing in securing financing for investment projects across Russia, the CIS, and Eastern Europe. They provide advisory services in project, structured, and corporate finance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a relevant higher education degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, consulting, and/or analytics.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in financial modeling, business plan preparation, deal structuring within project finance, and economic evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in essential software applications.
• Hands-on experience in preparing analytical reports, valuation, and information memoranda.
• Understanding of Russian and international financial markets and prior experience in project finance transactions is a plus.
• Fluency in Russian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models, assess economic indicators, and perform sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare business plans.
• Conduct financial and economic analysis of investment projects.
• Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, and credit applications.
• Support credit applications, coordinate comprehensive assessments, and facilitate independent reviews.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations.
